• QR Generator: Encoded data, generation parameters. No personal data stored unless you create an account.
• Bio Pages: Display name, links, avatar URL, page view analytics (anonymized).

2. Legal Basis

We process data under:

• DPDP Act 2023 (India): Consent-based processing (Section 6). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• GDPR (EU): Legitimate interest for service delivery; explicit consent for analytics/marketing.

3. Your Rights

• Right to Access: Request a copy of your data via /api/v1/data/export
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion via /api/v1/data/deletion-request (processed within 7 days)

4. Data Retention

Short URLs: retained for the lifetime of the link or until deletion is requested. Analytics: anonymized after 90 days. Account data: deleted within 7 days of account closure.
